Rebecca Hindin is director of the Greater MetroWest New Jersey Day School Initiative of Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ. Ours is a community renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, affordability, and sustainability of our local day schools.

Since 2011, Rebecca has overseen the Quest for Teaching Excellence programming and all of the community-wide marketing of day schools. Rebecca was a key strategist in the Tuition MAX program to cap tuition at a maximum percentage of income for qualified families at local Jewish day schools, and the innovative Tuition Estimator to help families estimate the cost of tuition (njdayschools.org). She has also overseen the Smart Move initiative to increase migration to the Greater MetroWest community.
